Cancellation Policy

Plans change — just let us know as early as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Notice

48 hours or more before your appointment: reschedule free of charge
Less than 24 hours: a charge may apply
No-shows: the full fee may be charged, and deposits are non-refundable

Bridal and group bookings

Bridal and group bookings hold a date exclusively, so longer notice periods and deposit terms apply. These are confirmed in writing when your booking is agreed.

If we have to cancel

In the rare case an appointment cannot go ahead, you will be offered the earliest alternative and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
