Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all appointments booked with The Makeup Plug and The Vitamin Plug.
Bookings
A booking is a request until it is confirmed in writing. Appointment times are approximate and include consultation time. Please arrive with clean, moisturised skin for makeup appointments.
Deposits and payment
A deposit may be required for bridal, group and event bookings. Payment terms are confirmed with your booking.
Lateness
If you arrive late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so later clients are not affected.
Vitamin injection appointments
All vitamin injection appointments are subject to consultation and a suitability assessment, and may be declined where treatment is not appropriate. Clients must be 18 or over. These appointments do not diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any medical condition and no health outcome is promised.
Images
Photographs are only taken and shared with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
Age
Makeup appointments for under-16s require a parent or guardian to be present and to consent.
